Nativa Yerba Mate is risk free for 30 days-a benefit you won’t find with any other brand. If for any reason you are not absolutely delighted with Nativa Yerba Mate, simply follow the return instructions below and return your products within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (less S&H) – even if the bag is open!
To return your product, simply contact us to request your Return Authorization number. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of RA number issuance. Please write your RA number legibly on the outside of your shipping box. Remember that a box missing an RA number will be refused and returned to sender at sender’s expense. To guarantee your refund, we suggest shipping your returns via UPS or Certified Mail with a receipt of mail. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
